To request a refund, contact us at colaobeauty@gmail.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email.

    Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to our customer service staff when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account.

    a) your name;

    b) your geographical address;

    c) the order number and reason for the request;

    d) your phone number; and email address.

    e) picture of damaged products.
